CUSTOMS CHARGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers (Buyers) are solely responsible for customs fees and duties.

FRAUD PREVENTION:

We reserve the right to cancel orders with immediate notification to the customer, based on fraud prevention and loss-risk management factors we have in place. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if we find shipping information not complete or if our systems detect that the order might get lost during the shipping based on the shipping address.

RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
